I just love receiving my box each month! If you are buying essential oils regularly then you NEED to be part of the rewards program! Rewards program = Free oils! This month I earned 21 points… which means I have an extra $21 to spend on oils. I like to let mine accrue and cash them in on the really expensive stuff.
Anyway, here is what I ordered for April:
This is the first time I have purchased Tranquil. I’ve heard lots of good things about it and people snatch it up whenever it comes back in stock. So I decided to see what all of the hubbub is about. It is a blend of Lavender, Cedarwood and Roman Chamomile diluted with coconut oil and placed in a rollerball bottle ready to go. Tranquil is used for relaxation, decrease stress and can help with sleep. Plus, several people I know use it on their calves to help with cramping when pregnant! Valor is my go-to every night to help me sleep but it is out of stock and won’t be back until the Fall. I was hoping Tranquil could be a decent substitute in the meantime. I’ve been rubbing it on the back of my neck and wrists about 15 minutes before bed… for the last 5 days. My consensus? HOLY MOLY WHY HAVEN’T I BEEN USING THIS ALL ALONG???!!! Good gracious this stuff is awesome. Not only does it smell wonderful (Lavender & Cedarwood is one my absolute most favorite smells) but I can only read in bed for 10 minutes after putting this on… my eyes get heavy and I stop understanding what I am reading. I fall asleep quickly and sleep all night. This one is going into my “regular everyday oils I refuse to run out of” collection. It’s awesome.
This is also my first time buying TummyGize. We had not one… but TWO… stomach viruses already this year so we were in need of more stomachache relief oils. TummyGize is part of the Kidscents collection. TummyGize is a blend containing spearmint, peppermint, tangerine, fennel, anise, ginger and cardamom essential oils. It comes diluted enough for kids, so it’s ready to go. We haven’t needed it yet but we will. Kids and stomachaches seem to go hand in hand.
Those stomach viruses wiped us out of DiGize so I replaced it. Like I said, I hate the smell BUT it really REALLY seems to help our family when we have “digestion” issues. I normally put a drop in an empty capsule and fill it with olive oil because I really don’t like smelling it on my stomach.
I don’t run out of Lavender, ever. This is on my order every couple of months at least. It is by far the oil we use the most in our house for so many different things.
My kids use this toothpaste exclusively. We made the switch over a year ago to natural toothpaste because conventional ones contain several ingredients that are potentially harmful to the body… especially when used on a long term basis. What I love about this toothpaste is that not only is it natural, it contains the power of essential oils to clean, kill germs and contribute to strong teeth. My kids love the taste!
